Rude consultant

<p>I opened an account today at Legit Bloemfontein where I was assisted to open the account and made my first purchase thereafter, then a young lady asked for the card and told me that I have to sign for insurance which I could cancel in 6 months should I decided other wise. I told her that I didn't understand why I was being forced to get insurance when she said that hollard needs to benefit from the account because they are the ones giving me credit and I still didn't understand because my contract was with Edcon then she explained that it was a 20/80 relationship which made no sense to me but I continued to sign then I saw R100000 on the screen I was being forced to sign when I told her that I couldn't sign for something I didn't even know she proceeded to shrug her shoulders and catch an attitude saying I was attacking her I said to her please let us not make this personal and she lost it and asked if she should give me a book since its so hard for me to understand something so simple I said if that's what she wants but it's my consumer right to know what I'm getting myself into then she told me that she was going to have the card blocked I said ok she left me there and made a call to the lady who helped with the card initially I went to her and asked her what would happen she said you'll get a call and left me there again I went to her and asked for her name since her name badge was on the other way around and she said it was Noxie. This all happened in front of other clients and it was really embarrassing and unnecessary I don't understand how customers are treated with such animosity and hostility no one should be treated in this manner.
