Rude Call centre Agent

<p>I have picked up a trend of rude call centre agents from Edcon. they are rude, undermining and very unprofessional. I am an account holder who will soon, close my off my account due to this experience.</p> <p>Today a call centre agent name Mark called my sister regarding her account, this account is being paid. Not only was he rude to her, he was crushing her. I took the phone from her and he continue with his rudeness. You are in the retails sector to offer products and services to the consumer, the very people who your employee don’t respect. How do you expect to turnaround and be the leading fashion house with such employee. Don’t your Call centre team leader QA those calls. Utterly disappointed</p> <p> </p>
