I went to pay my account (balance) get home, I get a sms. I now have a funeral plan, have a balance of 8 something. I than call the call center to inquire.I spoke to Senzo first, bhuti when someone says you can speak any language that means you can speak ANY language you want. Dont threaten me you going to hang up on me, I worked at Edcon they didn't train you to be like that. <br> <br> Anyway i spoke to a lovely Noluthando after I hung up from the arrogant Senzo Khumalo. Noluthando helped me with, with all me problems, didn't have to spend 9 minutes asking me about my preferred language and telling me her name. <br> <br> Noluthando I know love its not easy working at a call center especially Edcon, I appreciate your attitude.
