****** and frustrated

1stly I'm being taken from pillar to post my problem is not being resolved. I've been paying my Jet account on a monthly basis some days I pay more and some the amount they asked for. So I got confused when I saw the balance still owing it keeps going up instead of down so on the 28th of Dec 2022 I went into a Jet store to inquire why is that.

To my surprise I was told I have an insurance plan that I didn't even approve of and it was done I store and it's been up and running from August 2021. So now when I tell them I want all those months refunded I'm told I won't get any refund as it was a month to month what nots so my question is when this insurance was busy deducting all that amount without my knowledge why is it a problem now to refund it the same way it was debted????

It's such things that makes one just close off all these accounts and buy cash I swear the day I'm done paying I'm definitely closing this account.
