RMCS ********** airtime subscription
I have a Jet account. Fully paid of since Demember 2017. Then out of blue i start getting calls from Edcon and debt collectors saying i owe them money for an airtime subscription i have never app**** for or even received airtime from. Then they keep harrasing me different people calling me from differnet departments. Even though ive called numerous times and even went instore this issue is still not handled. Or sorted. I would like to know how the third party (RMCS) got my details and then used my information to **********ly subscribe me for services i didnt ask for, under the unbrella of Edon?
