RMCS /EDCON cell phone

Edgars and Jet Cell phone service .........DONT HAVE WORDS ....did a sim swop 3 days ago and every time I phone they will escalate - still no service from them - line disconnected - Vodacom cant help me as I have to go through RMCS service ..... they have now told me that the 24-48 hours is the office hours that they work - so it can take up to 5 days if I have to work on working hours

SO this is just another reference number to add to the one I have got - it is day 5 and still not CONNECTED - this is an old man without any telephone ......absolutely disgusting service received
