RMCS airtime contract
So Edcon sold me this RMCS airtime contract which I accepted but then they decided to disable my Blackberry BIS feature, meaning I cannot do anything with my phone but just call and sms, imagine! Did I take an airtiome contract or a disable my phone contract? Worst of all you call them and they are not helpful. They have succesfully turned my cellphone into a useless device, I cannot connect with people on simple applications like whatsapp because I cannot have such applications because they have disabled my entire use of BIS and no service provider cannot assist with this except RMCS which is not doing so. This is pure abuse. They have disadvantaged me technologically!!!
