I just want to inform all customers of Edgars Retail store that they are all begin charged a R23 for service fees. I've been a customer with Edgars for over 40 years and hasn't been buying on my account until recently again and I notice this service fee . I've been told because they are now a financial entity they are allowed to charge a service fee. this is a monthly fee for as long as you have a balance on your account even if you didn't make a loan with them. They regard you buying your clothes on account as they are borrowing you money. I don't think many people are aware of this practice by Edgars. I'm just paying my debt in full and no more Edgars again.
