Ridiculous service from edcon and finrite

Whatever you do, do not get insurance with these guys. Make sure you ask the stores which insurance they are using because both Edcon and finrite are useless.

I am infuriated at the terrible service I am getting. I claimed in OCTOBER and still have not gotten my cellphone. Firstly I had to do everything myself as Cna menlyn pretoria said they could not help because I was not using an account to pay for the insurance. So I did send everything in and after that nobody bothered to call me so again I had to call back myself.

Now the problem is CNA sent proof of payment for the access fee on the 12/01/2015 and they said they havnt received it and I also personally sent it as well and still she says she has not received it then she says I MUST GO BACK TO CNA when I was in CNA Saturday and they said I MUST CALL YOU!

WHAT TYPE OF MICKEY MOUSSE BUSINESS IS BEING RUN HERE its been months and you guys fail to pay out a mesley R1000 please fix this as I am tired of dealing with you guys.
