Reversal
I'm being billed for things I've never agreed to, covers that are active but i was never informed about. I'm also being charged for cell c airtime, I don't understand how cause I'm not a cell c customer and never been. I want a reversal urgently cause i need to close the account. Ive been to the store 3 times already and was told to wait for a call been waiting since December it's March now. I need this sorted as soon as possible cause I don't wanna end up in bad debt.
