Return phone sent for repairs

Bad service from in-store to Finrite insurance. I submitted my phone for repairs in May 2020, to date no feedback received. I have been in-store to enquire several times but they are always off-line. Edcon insurance line keeps me forever on hold over an hour and more. I need to find out where my phone and when will I receive it back.
