Requesting paid up letter

I had an account with Edgars about 3 years ago. I’ve recently found out that it appears my account with them is in arrears. I do not have an account with Edgars. I have called multiple numbers requesting a paid up letter but no one is able to assist me because their system is not able to pick up my account. I need the letter urgently. Can someone please assist me?
