REQUEST FOR INFORMATION BEING IGNORED!!
I have on numerous occasions requested for information on my account. Up to date, my requests has been ignored, not once, not twice but three times! ! The way you have handled my account, has not only been *********, but you also fail to provide me with enough information as requested on more than one occasion. <br> <br> My requests as consumer, is being ignored and you leave me no other choice but to take this matter further. Only problem is, I've also requested for your complaint resolution policy, more than once and still I am being ignored. You website states the following: \The Edcon Credit and financial services division provides credit and insurance products to the Group's customers."As a Financial Services Provider"
