Remove me from credit bureau

Since last edcon promise to remove from listing in credit bureau for bad payer, even I didn't open the account either took whatever items that was bought, firstly I never bought anything jet, y would I buy now. edcon must keep their promises by remove me listing in credit bureau. This is the worst ever service.
