Remove ********** Account on credit bureau

Good Day,

Last year I disputed an account that was opened **********ly using my ID, Account Number ***. This was resolved and I was sent documentation that proved that Edcon has investigated the matter and close the account. My problem is that I was told that the account will be removed from credit bureau, but it hasn't. I sent another email in May and I was told that will be resolved, but till today the account appears against my name and it's affecting me.
