Good day<br> <br> I would like to log a complaint and dissatisfaction. Ii bought a pair of jeans at Tom Tailor Westville retail store on the 07 February 2015. Today when i put them on the top button on jeans came off and I returned it to the shop to replace them only to find that's the store was well aware of this problem because they have a number of the same items returned. The manager then refused to exchange for another pair of jeans, and told she can offer me a 30% discount of another pair and more money for the inconvinience caused by the retailer. I am very upset and disappointed by this brand.
