Refused to honour displayed and quoted price

Thank you for the automated response. I see no value in this, Isaac who is apparently the manager of the store informed me he refuses to honour the given price. His exact response was "I don't care what she told you I will not discount it" When I then asked him for the Edcon process in regards to system price and displayed/given/quoted price being different he said he had no idea and he would phone me with an answer. This he obviously has not done. At other retail outlets like Woolies and pnp they follow the CPA and when the price is incorrect on system vs displayed/given/quoted the item is free. All I asked is that the given price was honoured. Now I have had to purchase a phone I didn't really want at a higher price because of *********** staff who have zero regard for policies and procedures, nevermind acts passed to stop big retailers like Edcon from taking advantage of the common man.
