Refund to refund

Finally I got my money back , but the sad part is the store manager refunded to refund me the screen protector.( he was not even interested) . So you tell me am o supposed to waist my money for transport to go and fetch my screen protector? The customer service rendered at CNA as if I bought the phone using their credit nogal !
