Refund
I am writing another report on poor service from Edgars as my previous complaint wasn't solved. I was under debt review. My account was overpaid with R875. I was told to e-mail documents which I did but a month later and I am still waiting. Really disappointing service from such a big company. Yesterday I spend on the phone but nobody was able to help. I was given a number for Legal Wise. I still don't know why. Please just pay back my money.
