Account Holder Mrs PK Rama. We have been correnspondence since 17th Feb by mail and call and to be by this rude that they no correspondence. THIS IS AMAZING! All calls are recorded! There was a credit of ?R200.00 and this was taken out without my wife's permission. Hoping this has not been \pocketed"and need a response with the monies refunded. No statement confirming this came due to the postal strike"""
