RCS Edcon take over and interest charged to account

I have been struggling to get the interest charged on my Edgars account resolved since the take over of RCS. I always had a 6 months interest free account but since take over my account was split into a revolving account. Every time I call the call centre Im told my account was escalated and will be sorted. Does anyone else has the same problem?
