Queries thats never resolved unsatisfied customer .
<p>Good day </p> <p>This is my fifth complain with regards to the same query thats never been resolved Jet stores gave me R1500 that i bought for i than paid up to R1000 on the account but closing ballance is still on R1200 so i dont understand and dont know where my money went to i have proof of payments also this has been going on since jan .</p>

Edcon told me that financial services was removed and reversed and today the only thing i want to know is why is the closing balance not going down my query is still not resolved because i got a response from Mohammed and he advised taht i was charged for financial services of whom i was told it was removed and the money was reveresed .Here is the feedback i got from Mohammed .

In response to your email received, please note that the account was billed for financial products which were cancelled in January 2016.
There was also a purchase in April 2016 for R309.90 which increased your balance from R1094.99 to 1273.21 after the payment was received for R200.00.
