Provident Payout NEVER RECEIVED!!!

I resigned from Edcon in August 2018 and my last day was 12 September 2018. I submitted my provident fund withdrawal forms during that period and I was told it would take about 6 weeks for me to receive the funds. Nearly 3 months later, I'm still getting the run around (no response to my emails, phones unanswered) by Nthabiseng Mahlangu the HR person who gave me all these details. Story changed and she said first week of December and still nothing received. Everything is just a struggle when it comes to dealing with Edcon. Can I just receive my payout so I can walk away peacefully and forget about the nightmare that is Edcon.
