Provident funds not being paid

We have been retrenched feom Edgars, our staff left the business in August. We were promised our provident money within 12 weeks max. Till this day.. Nothing. They send out emails, telling you to contact the 'administrator' dealing with your claim.. My administrator is Fazeelah Rayan. This woman dont answer my calls, she doesnt respond to emails, shes ignoring me completely. We are getring fed up, waiting for OUR own money!! We need answers and dates. When are you going to pay us Edcon?????
