Provident Fund withdrawal claim

I submitted all the provident fund withdrawal documents on the 6 March 2015 and I was told that the process takes a maximum of 12 weeks as per the county's Labour laws. Upon enquiring 14 weeks later, I was told that my documents were received but no one has processed my withdrawal claim till date. This is totally unacceptable. Can someone do his/her job please. No one is available to take our queries. I sent an email to Edcon's HR contact centre and got an automated system response that I'll be contacted within 72hrs but it has been over a week now and no one has contacted me back. The hr /provident fund's department service is very bad, there's a number of complaints on Hellopeter website about the same provident funds issues<br> Can I have my money please.<br> <br>
