Provident Fund Payments

I recently left the company in 2017 and submitted my paperwork on the 24th December 2016. The provident fund payout normanly takes 2 months, however on the first call I made to find out I was told I must wait 4 months. I then sent an email to ********** and then I was told my documents were not completed correctly which is not true because I kept my original documents which I submitted.

Now I was told yesterday that I will not be paid because I did not serve 1 months notice.

I find this unacceptable because I submitted my resignation on the My Focus Application with notice and my last working day was on the 7th January 2017.

I want all of my money by the 24th February 2017 or I will take legal action to get my money.

I also recommend that the staff dealing with these matters have more knowledge.
