Provident Fund Payment

My name is Tshidi, I am so disappointed with the Edcon company as I left the company on August and to date I haven't received my provident fund money as promised. They hardly respond nor action emails that I have sent. Now I am stressed as schools are reopening, have to pay my bills etc. I am truly disappointed these was least expected from them but I am hurt.
