Provident fund pay out

Not sure what to say but I'm needing advice on how to take cna further they haven't paid my provident fund and I left the company in June I've been sent a mail as to when I'll receive it but still haven't when I call them the number goes to a voice mail when I email them nobody replies to me is there anybody that can help me get through to them and let them pay me out
