Provident Fund Inquiry

I have been very patient as for the whole week I have been trying to contact one of the administrators dealing with the provident funds of the former employees however the numbers provided keeps on ring with no answer as "the person at the extension is not available. It is really poor in my point of view as some of us really loved working for Edcon and was always motivated to go to work to be treated like this in the end!!! I have been patient enough now as the constant lies we are being fed must come to an end now!!!
