Provident Fund

I finish working for edcon on the 28 August 2020. I app**** for my Provident Fund while i was still working on the 6 August 2020 as we were given our withdraw forms and because i had access to all the facilities i send all the required documents from the work email.

On the 4 November 2020 after numerous and unsuccessful attemps to reach edcon provident department i received a email from edon communications department stating that it takes 12 weeks from date of termination for payment to reflect.

I waited my 12 week and send a email last week to follow up but to date still no reply. I called yesterday and spoke to Sandra Malope and she advised me that non of my paperwork was received. I was confused as i sed it from work and received a delivery notice that day aswell.

She asked me to resend my withdraw form and I did. I received a email back from her saying its not the withdraw form documents. I checked and it was only the declaration that I sent. I resend the documentation and called her. She told me she didn't receive it and i asked her to check again as im sure i send it.

She was so rude. Telling me tht she already checked and she didn't receive it. I was still so nice and said maybe there is a delay. I asked her what's going to happen nw and how long will it take for my payment and she rudely said. That im not the only 1 there is alot of people that has the same problem as me and people are at home they only a few that's working and she will not answer any questions untill she receive my withdraw from. At this point I was way pass ****ed. And exploded telling her there is no need to have a attitude i only hav a few queries. I told her i will resend it and dropped the call before i say something i might regret.

I call back later the day. She ddnt pick up her phn. I called 6 times today.

I tried numerous numbers on the internet *** *** *** ***

Non of these nr wrk. I just want to know if my paperwork was received and when will i be paid out.

Im not waiting another 12 weeks for my payout. This is not fair. I worked many years for the company and its money thts due to me.
