Provident fund

Edcon played us all. They promised us that we will receive our provident fund within 12 weeks from the date of termination, even now we haven't received our money. Now they have a nerve to send us emails before the day of the payday saying they will pay us next year, how long do they know about this? , why do they have to inform us on last minutes? Who is gonna pay us as they is no more Edcon?, who are we gonna query to if they didn't pay you your full amount?, did they buy the Retailability with our money?
