Provident fund
Good day I left edcon February 2018 and I fell all provident fund document.untill today I was never paid any amount. I worked as a ppt from 2008 then moved to a p6 in 2012 until 2018 January. The provident fund was under fedcraw,I went to Fedcraw offices last year and I was assisted by the lady called Diana,she told me they never received any documents then she requested me to fill another forms.I did and waited patiently with no luck.
After sometime I called Themba Mthembu ,he explain a long story about admin(bophelo,penprow) the funds moved from one company to another apparently one of these companies did not do the calculation from 2012 to 2016 so they dont know how much the clients have.They are busy with reculculations,that was some time in September or October 2018.can someone please assist me.

"Employee belonged to Fedcraw Provident Fund.
This was not administrated by Edcon and therefore we cannot assist him.
I know that they are still in the process of sorting out the fund as he indicated below so there has been now further updates.
If he wants an update he need to contact those fund administrators again".

I would also like to know what happened to edcon provident funds for ppt savings from 2008 to 2012 user ( ********** ).I was called by Amanda from Hr in 2013 while I was on maternity leave telling me my ppt saving were hanging.when I got back from leave,she could not help because they were busy with VSP.I called her again while still working for edgars,she told me they are going to sort that out then when I checked on my focus R613 appeared on my provident fund.Should I also quiry tha with Fedcraw?
