provident fund

I resigned from edcon on the17 march 2015 submitted all necessary documents including the provident fund, even called human resuorce call centre to make sure they received everything of which they did, was promised that I will get the money in a period of 8-12 weeks, now when am enquire about it first I was told to wait for three months first for me to make follow up, a lady by the name of Ferina Martin called me 19 june to inforn my tax number is invalid of which I called n gave the correct one bt hw ever since 20 june till today I've been told sars is rejecting my documents n they something wrong they system wen I call sars since 20 june they told me there is nothing wrong with their system n all details are correct they even mailed me a statement of acc that I emailed through to Ferina nw wen I call to make a follow up I'm taken from pillar to post, she will do it tmrw aft two days still nothing now I'm told sars system is not updated of which sars says there is nothing wrong with their system. I need to knw when will I receive my profident fund, I am tired of calling everyday as to this is consuming my time n n its financially straining
