This is just a follow up to my previous review . I have been contacted by the powers that be I have been promised a resolution to my problem. I should have an answer within the next 5 working days. I have indicated that I do not wish a credit to my account but a cash refund as I never paid for the unwanted service with credit but with cash. We will see what happens.
