Prescription letter

So few years i had account with jet store. And my account is now legally prescribed. I sent several e mails requesting jet to provide me with the letter as a proof that my account was prescribed but no luck. I tried all that i can even called but one is willing to help.

It's so annoying to follow all the right protocols and yet receive no help.

Please assist I need to restructure my finances
