Prescribed debt still reflecting
<p>I have been trying to get in touch with Edcon with regards to an Edgars account I opened in 22-01-2013</p> <p>I require my prescribed letter for this account as this account was prescribed </p> <p> </p> <p>I am aware of the prescribed law in SA and I am aware that this debt was written off and sold to Attorneys.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am requesting your soonest feedback regarding this matter the prescribed debt letter as I will have no choice than to lay a complaint at the National Credit Regulator as this is affecting my credit record.</p> <p> </p>
