Prescribed Debt!!!!!

I have contacted this company several times and keep getting off. When I do get through , they say I need to speak to accounts and attempt to transfer me but instead they cut the call. My debt with your establishment is long prescribed . I have sent emails requesting a letter confirming that the debt has been prescribed and absolutely no one replies or can assist me. At my wits end!!! Have reported to the Credit Ombudsman to investigate
