Poor,Bad,Unprofessional Customer service By Jet Store Brits Mall

Hello Peter my name is Daniel Tshabalala I experienced a very poor customer service from Jet Store at Brits Mall in the North West Province,My mother the late Elizabeth Thunki Tshabalala passed on 10 June 2018 and she was their(Jet) customer and an account Holder for more than 20 years if I'm not mistaken then on the 19june2018 I took it upon myself to let them know that she's no more the stuff there told me what was required to proof that she's no more I did as I was advised and submitted all they required,to my surprise after 2 months after her death her account has not yet bn closed and I was told by the staff she had a Jet Club which pays about R3500,everytime when I'm in town I pass by them checking progress wht I'm told is 1 story to the other For I'm very disappointed in manner in which this retailer shop treated my mom even in death But whn she was alive they were to quick to abuse her with this many calls to come and pay an account as if she was a ********,I personally want nothing to do with the above mentioned store and it's associated partners they dnt hv Ubuntu.wish I can get help with this matter ur my last hope thank you in advance.
