Poor service, insult and ****** store manager

I bought a swimwear for my daughter only to find out its small size and when I returned the swimwear for correct size, I got the worse treatment and ****** manager Nosisi at Key West mall.

She told me I should have stood next to the till and read the terms on the slip after purchasing the swimwear that it's not refundable or can't be exchanged.She would have refunded same day of purchase because I have wore it, will I wear a panty that is worn by someone else? Was that relevant question to ask customer and just say complain if I want to?

Also, that I took out the protection plastic underneath, where as only the lady at fitting room was the only person who informed my daughter that if theres no protector then she can't fit the swim wear. Kindly requested her to for one with protector.

I was very upset and due to my skin color ,that I'm ask about the protector at the till,wearing other people panty and that I should have read the terms after purchase, why not be told about the purchase at till and also why was the protector not check at sales point? Like at Truworths, cashier tells of the terms before purchasing.

I said it means I should shove the swim wear and the manager for being rude she can shove it, that to her was swearing and when we check the other swimwears with the Mary and security guard the protector in all swimwear was removed.

I ask Ngosisi why sell something that it's removed that is against the Edgars policy,she couldn't answer. What a humiliation and I still have that swim wear that is small and wasted my money for being accused of removing the protector and not reading terms after purchase, worse be told to complain if I want too.

Nosisi did not have any intentions of refunding me at all or even sympathize,because of skin colour and very rude store manager
