POOR SERVICE FROM EDGARS

I hereby wish to log a formal complaint against the Edgars Emergency Assistance due to the poor service I received today.<br> <br> 1.I called the Edgars Club for assistance regarding a blocked drain around 11am this morning(12.04.2016). I was informed via SMS at 11:26am that the plumbing service will be at my residence at 12:20, however no one pitched. <br> <br> 2.A consultant from Edgars Club contacted me at 12:43 to advise that she will send through another plumbing company. Nobody pitched for 2 hours. <br> <br> 3.At 15:14 I received a call from \Dirt and Clean Plumbing Service\" they started working on the blocked drain from 16:55. Without my consent, the plumber removed the roof tiles and ********** the veldt under the tile and cut through the plastic waterproof sheeting. <br> <br> 4.The plumber did not inform me of the call out fee at the time of his arrival nor did he inform me of the fee after the 1 hour lapsed. The plumber managed to unblock the drain and decided to leave at 18:06 (11 minutes over the time). He then mentioned that he worked 1 hour over the required time, therefore I need to pay him R 250.00. <br> <br> 5.The plumber was in a hurry and once the drained was fixed he decided to leave without cleaning"
