poor service form jet sandton

poor service at jet-yesterday i went to edgars/licience to laybe i was asked an id although its not on the adverti*****t for lay byes,today i went to jet with my drivers licience i was refused to laybe as per Zwelibanzi Hlatshwayo who was assisting the us ,he said the manager is not allowing them to use the drivers licence for laybes,me and my friend then ask is at policy or your manager said,he answered and said its the company,as i know jet and Edgars are the same Edcon but different laybe policies ,i would like to understand why i cant use my licience as it has id number and im not opening an account ,maybe the only thing ii can be advised is that on the time of the laybe i must bring my id,poor service even the cashier at the till point you can see his not willing to assist you,i don't know how can one do ***** when making a laybye ,unless its been taken out pre- cautions can be taken,not at the time you are making the laybe ,please give clarity on the laybe policy and please put it in yours adds in bold the id story since its very important.
