This says that my request which going on 3 months now has been escalted. Forgive me but in my line of work if a call logged is escalelated it means it has exhuasted all recources at the lower level and is being escelated to someone or person(s) of authority for completion. It fathoms my mind to understand why this is taking so long to resolved. If the tables where turned I am sure I would be receiving letters of demand and daily phone calls from a demanding call center agent to settle my debt. Can this be resolved as a matter of urgency.
