Poor service

I contacted the Edcon complaints line on the 23 January and spoke to Pamela Mbangi.This was regarding a price difference and poor service.I sent her two emails and have not received any replies to date.

Shocking that even the complaints division offer such poor service. I would like a call to have this resolved asap.
