Poor service

I opened an Edgars Account, and received fashion vouchers, I spent over R2000 on my new account and wanted to redeem one of the vouchers, and they refused to accept it, I phoned Edcon, on the 20th of March, and spoke to Mpho, who transferred me to Nonhlanhla, who said that she would phone me back on Monday, and never did, I than phoned back on Tuesday and was told that Nonhlanhla is not there, then spoke to Tshepo who put me on hold for more than 10min, and then dropped the call on me. Nobody has assisted me since then.
