Poor quality Madisson heels
I bought a pair of Madisson heels which cost me about R615 within 3 months the sole got damaged and the heel broke. The store manager refused to take back the shoe as he said it is company policy. He failed to acknowledge that is was a factory fault and gave me some lousy excuse about how I must just accept that I have paid over R600 for shoes that didn't last longer than 3 months.<br> <br> I will never ever buy a pair of Madisson heels let alone shoes from Edgars I am appalled at the lack of service and Edcon's failure to acknowledge when their products are not of good quality.<br> <br> Now I have to continue paying for shoes that I will never wear again.
