Poor Poor custormer service
I have recently settled my account with jet an have been asking for a settlement letter for the past 2 months I have waited the 21 day they said its procedure and then told me to wait another 7 days and I still haven't received the settlement letter from jet. I just want the settlement letter to be sent to me even by email its fine.
