Poor insurance assistance

I have been trying profusely since December 2018 to access a company that would enrol me for an Edcon Dental insurance. I have contacted Edcon insurance department on numerous occasions only to be told that they do not enrol this insurance, instead it’s their under writer, Hollard insurance that enrols the dental insurance. So, I called Hollard Insurance Broker in attempts of enrolling this dental insurance only to be told that they do not enrol this insurance as this is a product of Edcon. This year in January 2019, I proceeded with desperate attempts to locate a company to enrol this insurance. I called Edcon and once again they told me that they cannot help me, and I should try another insurance institute called Dennis. Guess what, Dennis tells me that they only do the claims and they cannot enrol this dental insurance for me, it’s only Edcon that can do this. I have been going around in circles using up my airtime with no joy. So, who exactly does the enrolment for this Dental insurance? Would you please assist me?
