Poor customer service
I have been trying to fet helped by Jet stores call centre for my balance on my Jet card to be corrected and sadly after many many calls none of the staff could assist. When I try to use the card in a store it says I must first pay approximately R2900 before I could buy but I don't owe them any money. I was so embarrassed in store when I tried to use the card after I was told I was able to use the card again.
