Poor customer relations on feedback

To whom it may concern I recently reported to you about my Partner Protection plan that Hollard paid not updating on your side, i got reference ********** 3052/GO but to this day still getting harrassed with phone calls from your head office that i must pay my account and they dont want to hear stories etc. This Is totally unacceptable. You promised me feedback on this forum more than a month ago and here i am still waiting .,

Please sort this out
