Poor communication

I’ve payed off my account and I’ve been asking them to close the account and send an email confirmation over a month ago still waiting I’ve send thousands of emails no response I went to edgars in blue route mall asked to close the account I was told their store phone is not working I asked for the numbers to call the guy who was assisting me he was so unsure of the numbers he gave when I got home and called the numbers they were not going through all I need is for my account to be closed that’s all
